Press Release: Announcing a new regulation regarding the use of the tazer by law enforcement officers and federal agents. 28 March, 2016 The Department of Justice is announcing the start of a new campaign that will protect citizens against hazardous use of the tazer often deployed by law enforcement officers. In particular, any officer or federal agent attempting to taze a person (persons), must give the person(s) being tazed atleast 1 warning prior to firing their tazer, unless the person is threatening the life of another person and/or animal. Failure to abide by this policy will result in disciplinary actions being taken against the officer and/or agent breaking the policy. The first time a person violates this policy he or she will recieve a suspension, the second time it is violated the person will recieve a suspension along with a demotion, the third time a person violates this policy the officer or agent is subject to a termination. A failure for agencies to enforce this among their members in a proper fashion will result in the Chief of Police, Sheriff and/or the Director of FBI to face a termination as well. All public assistance is recognized and astronomically appreciated in regards to this new policy. If any civilians wish to inquire about legal actions they can take against law enforcement agencies please contact a lawyer. However, if you wish to contact a law firm, you can do so by visiting or booking an appointment individually or by checking the Government's private sector firms Sincerely
